A written note of interest in the license-milestone pilot, with a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit is a spam gate. It is not an investment, and it is not payment for the pilot.
What the deposit opens
Submit the form and complete the deposit to receive a timed link. The first document is the same description as the homepage: one software-license workflow, no signed design partner, and no customer funds until counsel and a key-path review are booked. Work email required. The deposit is credited toward a statement of work if you proceed, and it is refundable if we decline or do not respond within 14 days.

Refundable engagement deposit

On successful LOI submit, investors, enterprise operators, and sovereign nodes receive a timed institutional data room link (folders 01–06: term sheet, non-MSB architecture, 14-chain topology, wallet governance, and LOI pipeline). The deposit is refundable if we decline or do not respond within 14 days, and is credited 100% toward pilot, SOW, or first invoice if you proceed. Not a software purchase.
