Frequently Asked Questions

Engagement model, pricing, Sovereign Core, AI providers, telemetry, and security — answered directly.

What does a consulting pilot look like?

A fixed-scope $325k–$425k engagement that ships an agentic data flywheel in production. Stages: discovery → architecture → build → handoff. Typically 8–14 weeks depending on integrations and data volume.

How is the subscription priced?

The AI Data Flywheel subscription list price is $7,997 per month (volume/scale quotes to $9,997). Tiering depends on data volume and AI provider mix. No hidden per-seat or per-call overages on the listed tiers — overages, if any, are disclosed in the subscription agreement.

What is an agentic data flywheel?

A production loop where AI agents act on your data, every action is metered by the telemetry pipeline, and the resulting usage signal continuously improves routing, prompts, and cost. The flywheel compounds: more usage → better attribution → cheaper and more accurate agents. It is the core deliverable of both the consulting pilot and the subscription.

What is MCP orchestration and why does it matter?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI models call tools and services in a governed way. Our platform runs a fleet of MCP servers — data, custody, telemetry, audit — behind one orchestration layer, so agents get capabilities without direct access to credentials or infrastructure. That separation is what makes the stack auditable and sovereign-cloud deployable.

What is Sovereign Core™ and how does it differ from the platform?

Sovereign Core™ is an air-gapped, self-hosted deployment of the DeFi AI Technologies stack for institutions that require absolute control — sovereign wealth, government, treasury, family offices. Pricing is bespoke and provided after a mutual NDA briefing.

Which AI providers do you support?

Grok, GPT, Claude, Gemini, and self-hosted models are routed through one provider abstraction with failover and cost routing. Sovereign Core deployments can be wired to your provider of choice, including fully on-prem inference.

Can you integrate with our existing data stack and vendors?

Yes — that is the normal case. Pilots start from your existing warehouses, event streams, custodians, and identity providers; the MCP layer wraps them as governed tools rather than replacing them. Rip-and-replace is explicitly not the model.

How does an engagement start?

Book a discovery call. We scope the pilot in one or two working sessions, produce a fixed-price statement of work, and staff the build. Subscription clients can be onboarded in days; consulting pilots typically kick off within 2–4 weeks of signature. Sovereign Core engagements begin with a mutual NDA and a confidential briefing.

How is telemetry collected? Does data leave my environment?

Telemetry flows through our internal log-collection MCP, not third-party SaaS. In sovereign-cloud and Sovereign Core deployments, the telemetry pipeline runs entirely on your infrastructure — nothing exits the environment.

What about security and audit posture?

The stack is designed for sovereign-cloud operation: no external SaaS in the hot path, key custody isolated, audit-emitter MCP records every privileged action. Full architectural detail is shared under NDA for Sovereign Core engagements.
